According to Dwight D. Eisenhower the 34th U.S President, Motivation is the art of getting people to do what you want them to do because they want to do it. One of the most important factors that move every human being to achieve his or her goal is motivation. Motivation could be identified to be that guiding principle that enables people to stay focused on the path of success regardless of the challenges that may be encountered (Afful-Broni, 2012).
